Dashboard
Now that you are a part of Pak Exchange Network let’s discuss the different options that are available on the main dashboard menu located on the Home screen right after login. The Pak Exchange Network experience begins here. As documents are sent, received, and more, this overview allows you to gain a sense of the status of all invoices.
**NOTE** All the graphics you see are clickable and will show more detail than the graphs' overview.
The first graph that you see is the “Division Orders Sent” graph. If a DOI was sent, this graph will show what day it was sent.
The second graph that you see is the “Owner Documents Received” graph. This graph allows you to easily see which documents have been received on any given date within the past month. This graph shows the following documents that have been color-coded for easier accessibility:
- Division Orders
- 1099s
- Run Statements
- Owner Statements
The third graph that you see is the “Unsigned Division Orders” table. This table shows any UNSIGNED Division Orders that need your immediate attention.
On the left-hand side of your Home Dashboard, you will also see the options for “Division Orders,” “1099s,” “Run Statements,” and “Owner Statements.” If you do not want to use the graphs, these tabs will let you drill down and view all of the documents that have been exchanged through the Pak Exchange Network.
